Chippenham Rotarians improve hospital grounds
Thank you to members of Chippenham Rotary Club for all their hard work in transforming the compost area and improving the grounds at Chippenham Community Hospital. The new compost bins are now in place meaning that our volunteer gardeners will be able to make use of them.
Suzanne Bennett, Voluntary Services Coordinator said: “Sincere thanks to members of Chippenham Rotary Club for giving their time, their hard work and absorbing the expense of hiring a chipper. There have been many positive comments about the improvements from patients, staff and volunteers.”
Stuart Gilbert, Chairman of Chippenham Rotary Club said: “The members involved thoroughly enjoyed helping and I’m sure we will be willing to help again in the future at some point. It’s good to hear that we’ve been able to make a difference.”
Thank you and well done to everyone involved.
