Trowbridge Minor Injury Unit: Temporary change of access due to refurbishment
Access to the Minor Injury Unit at Trowbridge Community Hospital will be temporarily affected later this month due to planned building works. Services will not be affected.
The Seymour Road entrance will be closed from Monday 19 – Friday 23 November from 7am – 5pm and again from Monday 26 – Wednesday 28 November 2018 from 7am – 5pm. Please use the main entrance off Adcroft Street.
Ambulances will be using the ambulance bay near the Adcroft Street exit.
Between Tuesday 20 and Thursday 22 November 2018 from 7am – 5pm, the MIU waiting room will be relocated to the corridor and outpatient waiting room. Signage will be in place to redirect people and staff will also be on hand to assist.
The necessary improvements to the hospital building include a canopy over the Seymour Road entrance and replacement windows in the MIU.
Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, but please note that weekend and out of hours access will not be affected.
