We want you to join our Patient and Public Involvement Group!

Have you used our NHS services?  Do you want a say in how they are delivered?

Wiltshire Health and Care (WHC) is committed to listening to our patients, their families, carers, our partners and our wider community to ensure that we are developing and delivering services that work for everyone.  We are inviting more people to join our Patient and Public Involvement Group (PPIG) to ensure that we are receiving a broader range of perspectives and getting a greater understanding of what matters to our patients.

The WHC PPIG is an engaging and enthusiastic collective of people who are keen to ensure that the patient, carer and public’s voices are heard throughout our organisation.  Set up in April 2021, it has worked hard to support engagement activities, develop a Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) Strategy and a PPI Policy.

This is a voluntary role. We currently meet online, every other month, to discuss current and planned engagement work, developing the action plan for patient and public involvement and setting priorities which align to WHC’s Delivery Plan.

If you use or have used our NHS services, or have an interest in health care service delivery in your area and would like to have your say, please contact Lina Middleton, Patient and Public Involvement Officer, by email or call on 07766 726513 for an informal chat.
