Virtual Consultations Patient Survey
With a national directive from NHS England to increase the use of virtual consultations, Wiltshire Health
and Care is in the second phase of reviewing the use of Virtual Appointments. ‘Virtual Appointments’ is an umbrella term used to describe both telephone and video appointments.
We are keen to understand what our patients like or do not like about having their medical appointments via telephone or video calls. We have created a survey to hear what our patients, carers and members of the community think about how we deliver appointments for our services and how we can improve patient experience in virtual appointments.
Please complete this survey to let us know what you think. Your feedback will help us review and develop the service, making improvements where necessary and knowing what is already working well. Thank you for your time and insight.
The survey will be open until Tuesday 31st October
