Parking Restrictions Chippenham Community Hospital 25-27 July 2023
To support the planned refurbishment works at Chippenham Hospital, surveyors will be on site from Tuesday 25 – Thursday 27 July carrying out a range of surveys on the building and surrounding areas. This will include working on top of the roof in the Wessex Suite area.
To allow a comprehensive ground survey to take place parking will be restricted in the following areas on all three days that the surveys are taking place
- In the car park outside MIU / the Wessex Suite. This also means that the entrance to the Wessex Suite will be unavailable.
- At the rear of the building near to where the breast screening van is situated when it is at the hospital.
The areas which are impacted are marked in blue on the below photo. The relevant areas will be cordoned off the temporary signs will be advising people to follow signs to car parks 1 and 3.
NHS Property Services will be on site to give the surveyors access to plant rooms and roof spaces.
