Improvements for our Central Bookings Office
Our Central Bookings Office team (pictured) has moved into a new, larger office at Chippenham Community Hospital.
The move was part of an on-going expansion of the outpatient services, with a new and improved telephone system also on the horizon.
An official opening ceremony was held and Chief Operating Officer Lisa Hodgson cut the red ribbon to mark the occasion.
Katherine Strike, Administration Supervisor said: “For our patients, these changes will mean that we can deal with a greater volume of referrals and provide a much more efficient and caring experience.”
The Central Bookings Team has seen a lot of improvements recently, including the launch of paper-lite processes and the introduction of a new MSK Pathway.
